Service rated Generac Automatic Transfer Switches are housed in an aluminum NEMA Type 3R enclosure*, with electrostatically applied and baked powder paint and convenient keyhole-style mounting.  Includes both circuit breaker and utility access lockout provisions.  The Heavy Duty Generac Contractor is a cETL recognized device, designed for years of service.  The controller at the generator handles all the timing, sensing, exercising functions, and transfer commands.  All switches are covered by a 5-year limited warranty.  The NEMA Type 3R enclosure includes multiple access points for wire entry (bottom, bottom left, and bottom right).
